Frankfort Township Names New Clerk

Nella Piccolin was sworn in as the township clerk on Monday.

Longtime Frankfort resident Nella Piccolin was recently selected by the Frankfort Township trustees as the new township clerk, according to a media release from the township. Piccolin was sworn in during the Frankfort town board meeting on Monday, said the release. “Nella has been active in our community for many years,” said Frankfort Township Supervisor Jim Moustis in the release. “She’s been a Frankfort Township trustee and a member of the Will County Board. She puts the people first, and that is what we look for in township government.” According to the release, Piccolin has lived in Frankfort for 36 years.
