Arrest Warrants: Wanted for Paraphernalia Possession in the Lincoln-Way Communities

There are warrants out for the arrest of more than 100 accused criminals in the Lincoln-Way communities of New Lenox, Mokena and Frankfort. These warrants are for drug paraphernalia possession.

The Will County Sheriff's Department last updated its warrants list on Jan. 17, 2013. The list below pertains to people wanted for drug paraphernalia possession. Semi Topples Streetlamp

The sizable vehicle damaged property in downtown Mokena on its way through the village.

The driver of a semi truck that rolled through downtown Mokena was issued citations after his 70,000-pound vehicle toppled a streetlight. Jason Allen Earls, 55, of the 60200 block of East 190 Road in Fairland, Oklahoma, is charged with driving an over-length vehicle on a non-designated roadway, driving off the roadway and leaving the scene of a property damage incident. Mokena police received reports of a hit-and-run involving a semi at 6:18 p.m. Jan. 4 at the intersection of Front Street and Wolf Road. Upon arriving at the site, police discovered the streetlight from the southwest corner of the intersection tipped over and lying on the sidewalk. Police Blotter: Man Breaks Urinal, Charged With Property Damage

Mokena Police reports, Sept. 13-16 • Offender arrested on Will County warrant • Unleashed pit bull attacks woman and her dog • Traffic stop leads to drug bust.

SUNDAY, SEPT. 16 Tracy A. Cermak, 36, of the 3600 block of Emerald Avenue in Steger, was charged with criminal damage to property after ripping part of a urinal out of the wall at Morgan's, 18700 Old LaGrange Road. Cermak was pulled over after a Morgan's security guard called Mokena Police and said Cermak had left the bar driving recklessly. Cermak was transported to the police station—but not in custody—because he wasn't feeling well. The responding officer left Cermak to wait in the lobby for his wife to pick him up and reported to Morgan's about a property damage complaint, at which point the manager and security guard told him that Cermak had damaged a urinal in the men's rest room.
