April 4 Mokena Man Charged With Sexual Abuse of Children: John L. Tarrant, 72, of Mokena, was charged with predatory criminal sexual assault and aggravated criminal sexual assault. He awaited a bond hearing Wednesday. John L. Tarrant, of the 20000 block of Briar Wood Lane in Mokena, was charged with predatory criminal sexual assault and aggravated criminal sexual assault.
