80th Avenue Metra Station Upgrade Could Cost Less Than Originally Thought

The potential contractor says it can make renovations at $1.1 million under budget, allowing more money for an underpass.

Mokena commuters who use the 80th Avenue Metra station in Tinley Park could see significant improvements to the facility, including an underpass, an Internet cafe, warming shelters and a full-service kitchen, if ZCORP's bid to take on the renovations is approved.
