The Chicago Fire is offering free admission and parking for today's Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup match at Toyota Park in Bridgeview after having moved up the start of the match from 7:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Kickoff for the Chicago Fire vs. New York Red Bulls Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup Quarterfinal has been changed to 5 p.m. because of a power outage at Toyota Park in Bridgeview, the team announced this afternoon. The match was originally scheduled for 7:30 p.m. but the severe thunder storm that roared through the Southland on Monday morning left more than 817,000 customers in the Chicagoland area without power, inlcuding many in the Bridgeview area. The match will be streamed live on Chicago-Fire.com with live updates on Twitter: @ChicagoFire. The Fire is offering free admission to the general public on the east side of Toyota Park and free parking. The club will honor seat locations for those who have previously purchased tickets, and refund …
