Sandwiched in the strip mall along La Grange Road sits a vacant business ready to be filled. Patch wants to know, what should go here?
Along LaGrange Road, motorists can find a variety of shops selling various goods and services. However, one location sits vacant, waiting to be filled. The vacant store, located at 19155 La Grange Road, sits in the same shopping strip as Will County Tobacco, a Subway and several other stores. With ample parking in both the front and rear of the store, the location might be a nice fit for a small food shop, or perhaps the bait and tackle shop readers have suggested in previous What Should Go Here posts. Tony's Villa Rosa Pizza closed its doors on April 30 and now Patch wants to know what type of business residents think should fill the location.
The storefront at 11104 Front St. was the home of Tony's Villa Rosa Pizza for the past two-plus years, but the pizza and ice cream parlor closed its doors April 30 due to differences between ownership and Great Lakes Bank being unable to reach a lease agreement. With Villa Rosa gone, the shop now stands ready and waiting for a new business. The location not only features the former pizza and ice cream parlor, but also an upstairs banquet area as well.
