There is a justice system for street folk, and then there is separate justice system for govt employees.

Semantics. If the school thought the child was in such pain that he required medical attention, it's too much.
Why split hairs? She's a semi-professional athlete wailing on a 10-yo. Did she beat her anti-bullying message into him? Do you think she's a bit angry at him now for causing all this commotion? What's next ?

ReplyI bet she's sorry... she got caught.
How about child-endangerment charges? She was placed in a position of public trust. She committed fraud. So many other charges, why is she getting-off with a fine and a promise to behave ?
Why do crimes that occur by governmental employees always get such light sentences?

ReplyI sure hope these kids get rehabilitated. I'd hate to see their whole lives wasted. It'd be nice if they could join society again in a few years to contribute.
