Mokena Mayor's Charitable Golf Outing Slated for August
The annual Mokena Mayor's Charitable Golf Outing is scheduled for Aug. 13.
The 23rd Annual Mokena Mayors Charitable Golf Outing is coming up soon.
This year Mayor Frank Fleischer will be hosting the event. There are limited tee times, beginning at 11:30 a.m. Aug. 13 at Green Garden Country Club, 9511 W. Manhattan-Monee Road, south of Frankfort.
Kirk Zoelner, assistant village administrator, said participants need not be golfers. It's "not a problem. You can sign up for a 'Dinner Only' package for just $35. Dinner walk-ups the day of the event are also welcome."'
